Wir hatten das große Glück, unser 10-köpfiges Familientreffen im Landgasthof Schumi in Kärnten zu feiern – und es war von Anfang bis Ende ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das kulinarische Highlight war eindeutig das Abendessen: hervorragend zubereitete Speisen aus erstklassigen Lebensmitteln, mit viel Liebe und Können verarbeitet. Der engagierte und zuvorkommende Chef sowie das stets freundliche Personal haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, rundum willkommen zu sein – Wohlfühlen auf ganzer Linie.Besonders schön waren die liebevollen Details und Überraschungen: der traumhafte Blick direkt auf die Burg Hochosterwitz, der frische Apfel- und Birnensaft aus eigener Produktion sowie ausgezeichnete Weine, die das Gesamtpaket perfekt abrunden. Auch unsere beiden mitreisenden Hunde waren herzlich willkommen – was den Aufenthalt noch entspannter und familiärer machte.Die Lage des Landgasthofs ist zudem ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung – ob Natur, Kultur oder regionale Sehenswürdigkeiten, alles ist schnell erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine schöne Woche im Landgasthof Schumi verbracht. Wir sind begeistert von der Freundlichkeit und der gemütlichen Atmosphäre im Gasthof. Das Essen war perfekt sowohl beim Frühstück und besonders beim Abendessen. Wir haben die gehobene Kärnten Küche die Abende sehr genossen. Die Lage ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen kommen gerne wieder.

Wir besuchten ein Konzert in der Burg Taggenbrunn und suchten ein Zimmer für eine Nacht. Der Gasthof Schumi ist uns schon früher einmal bei einer Durchfahrt aufgefallen und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Mittagessen schmeckte hervorragend, das Zimmer war ansprechend, ruhig, sauber und gepflegt und die Mitarbeiterinnen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können nur sagen: AUF WIEDERSEHEN!
